Good article. The part about common SWR misconceptions and what actually happens in the feed line is a solid reminder that RF intuition is often wrong.

RF really feels like Black Magic sometimes.

High VSWR can be caused by both high and low load impedances. If the load us too low, the currents will be higher and thus resistive losses will be observed. Too high on the other hand and it'll be dissipation in the dielectric or arcing.

Be good if I could read it - anyone have a mirror?
