I think there's a real risk that organizations are going to drag their heels on this and then do not even the bare minimum, likely finding themselves in breach of the law.

It'll probably take a few more court cases and tribunals where such organizations are eviscerated by the judiciary for the message to sink in that women's rights in law are not to be downplayed, ignored or dismissed.
