Are they saying in-store orders weighed roughly the same and online orders weighed roughly the same, but the two groups differed? Or is there another way to order that I'm missing?

My personal experience is that online / delivery orders yield the smallest portions. It's such a big difference vs in-store that it must be intentional.


I was confused too, but I took it to be the that the average weight for an online order and an in store order were roughly the same
