No slaps for learning as I see in this thread we both are and more importantly the correct answer is very nuanced. Unless someone does a deep Legal dive and we have all the facts neither of us can say who's right or wrong. Overall doesn't matter as it's an interesting discussion.

As well I live in and do business in two out of the 11 US states where all parties must consent so I was speaking from experience and that Zoom button is official.. Dutchman ;)
