So basically, don't hire any Coloradans nor get offices there ?

I mean "just don't say that's what you're doing or you're in violation of colorado law" is hardly intimidating for those of us outside Colorado.

It will make Coloradans much less desirable for remote jobs though, even if you don't find out about it.
