If you're serious about attracting top talent, why not offer a better wage? I'm not even talking about Bay area level salaries: the salary range that you're offering was my starting salary 5 years ago in Austin, Texas. Being in one of Canada's major cities; I would have expected a lot more.
And we get that 70-80K doesn't get you Rosedale, but if you live in the Hammer it goes a lot further eh?
