May i recommend - https://github.com/gnat/css-scope-inline I am using it in a project and it has been working quite well. And i think it would work along with the Nue design system as well.

Awesome start. Looks very promising. I really like separation of states like hover, focus etc. Makes the code really easy to understand and debug.

Its an awesome release that brings so many new features to an already fantastic LiveView. Really excited about it.
