I wrote Daniel an email once from a personal (non-academic) account once as I felt like there was something meaningful to discuss, though I didn't expect a response. He did indeed reply, and seemed remarkably down to earth and genuine considering he was something of a rockstar in pop-sci/psych. RIP.
+1 on L-citrulline, caution on supplement quality - many manufacturers sell 2:1 citrulline malate to reduce costs which means you effectively need to double the dose to actually consume a given target dose.
Seasoned (non-enhanced) lifter here with a science background
There is a solid evidence base for creatine - it's one of the only supplements that actually has a decent evidence base. It's also relatively cheap and generic brands work.
Generally with the fitness industry, the key is looking for the quality sources of information. There are some good resources out there focussed on an evidence based and naturals or being open & transparent with information about "the dark side"...

Also.....one of the biggest benefits of regular exercise and lifting for me personally is the mental health side of things. Really can't overstate this.
Singapore has a progressive personal tax system with top personal tax rate of 22% (i have not looked at Dubai).
The UK also has a progressive personal tax system, they just cut their top rate of tax from 45% to 40%
Corporate tax is 17% in Singapore, and 19% in the UK.
Also factor in, Ireland has a corporate tax rate of 12.5% and progressive tax rate up to 40%.
This cut seems meaningful from a market confidence perspective, it is unclear how the UK intends to fund these tax cuts in tandem with energy bailouts. Economists have taken a view that the books do not balance here. The UK has suggested that economic "growth" will solve the problem. In terms of attracting talent and businesses (and now possibly investment) to drive that growth as an alternative to the likes of Singapore or Ireland it seems unlikely.
I once had a long-running (weeks) experiment that used DMSO as a solvent. Early on it was realized that the DMSO was degrading all non-glass rubbers and plastics in the chemical "circuit", which began to sag like an old TinkerToy structure. Had to rebuild/rerun with parts that were resistant to DMSO.
Sorry i haven't look at this properly yet - keen to know if i can upload a customer pre-trained model using any of the popular libraries (pytorch, keras etc) and just do the deployment as an app with Slai?
Yep! You can upload pre-trained models — just upload a pickled binary of your model into the “data” section of the sandbox and then load and return the object in the train function.
We chose to do it this way to ensure that the binary you upload is properly tracked in our versioning system, and that it can be integrated into your handler.
I am/was a huge fan and have done their courses but they've made so many weird decisions (like going all in on swift4tf for teaching newish people so early on or the dramas they involve themselves in) and have stopped doing as much that I'm not sure if they are as great of a current example anymore (but maybe they'll resurface stronger).
Huggingface are a better example closer to what Cohere do.
Keto, vegan, high carb, low carb, - it really doesn't matter in terms of creating a significant energy deficit for a sustained period of time - the best diet is one that an individual can adhere to.
