Yes, but when React launched, 1.x was its main competition. We started to incorporate React into parts of our app that needed better performance, and found ourselves using it for essentially all our new projects. It was quick to pick up, made apps easier to reason about, and had much more performant DOM updates. Angular's two-way binding made for flashy demos, but quickly became a leaky abstraction for complex pages with lots of updates.
That was in 2013. Angular 2 came out in 2016, and by that point React had won. Have had to dabble in other frameworks since then, and none of them seem to do anything significantly better than React. I spent my early career learning a new FE framework every year, at this point I'm happy to have something boring that does what I need and has a great ecosystem around it.
Yeah that makes sense. I was thinking that the two computer setup was also something they did to keep their streaming stuff completely separate from the rest of their life, to not accidentally doxx themselves on-stream and to not accidentally execute malware on the same host they do their email and banking etc on.
Additionally, running on a different computer allows for eg adjusting scenes in OBS or moderating Twitch, without losing focus from the running app/game.
It really matters what kind of cycling is being done with no other party involved. I injured myself only when I was doing "leisure cycling". I did get almost ran over by a dumb college student once during a commute ride, though.
I'm a huge supporter of public transit, but cyclists are a common enemy for everyone: cars, pedestrians, public transit-takers, other cyclists.
Strip and Las Vegas from pure numbers POV are perfect for trains. However, it's also a place where you want to be in your private space with your friends rather than 20 other strangers, just for the sake of vibes.
However, before that problem is solved, maybe solve mass-transit from the airport to the strip first?
I find it interesting that 24 format, total chronological order, allowed them to react to that 9/11 if it was required. Kinda like South Park episodes are at most 2-week old when aired. South Park it's easy since episodes aren't connected and due to how it's made, but the idea is the same.
I'm not a very TV or movie oriented person but I do find the way things are produced quite amazing. I lived in Los Angeles for years and saw many things being filmed as a result. It was always a treat, an extra fun when I saw it on TV later on.
Everything and everyone involved does incredible stuff, IMO.
It's just bad fan curve for given workload. Sharp rises and drops are annoying to hear, curve that does that + race-to-sleep do not work together. Low speeds do cause throttling.
